The first reason to start this series is that I had been struggling trying to understand how to make science more enjoyable and as I was thinking of how to do this I noticed that the best way for me to get into something was to see the practical side. Like for example I didn’t get into understanding the structure of the protein I was working with well until I found that it could have a pretty strong part in explaining the results I was seeing and so I decided to explain the science of cooking to maybe help increase the interest. Because in the case of cooking  you can actually see how each of the things explained has a role in what happens and how changing some elements actually affects the result.

The second is that if you don’t get a good enough diet you will most likely feel like crap so  I hope that by sharing how it all works we get rid of the veil of mysticism and show that cooking is just science applied to fill your stomach. Learning to cook is one of the best ways to start if you want to make a change in your way of life and mentality.
